“I think the overall understanding of how a project should be evaluated is the most common pitfall. We seem to fall into some of these pitfalls of activity driven projects and projects that are taken off track. “The PM Action videos were helpful, a little over dramatic but that helps drive the point home. The explanations, diagrams, written scenarios, video lectures, and the dramatic videos cover all learning and information exchange mediums. They compliment each other well.

“The essay questions were a good exercise. They forced me to do a thorough review of the material to write the essay. I put a lot of effort into this exercise and as such it took me considerably longer than the suggested 3 hours.
