In-Person Group Project Training

Group Training Programs at Your Site

We work with you to design 2 or 3-day training seminars that are delivered at your site for up to 20 participants per session. If you have a larger group, we will send two instructors. This allows you to launch your project management "best practices" initiative to all participants at the same time. We also have open group discussions of common problems and their solutions.

Participants will master practical skills, not academic theories, that they can immediately apply to their projects and improve your organization's project results. They will be able to speak the same language and use the same proven tools and techniques.

The instructor(s) will provide feedback and coaching on every assignment and presentation.

The Program Typically Includes:

The fee for a 2-day seminar at your site, including case study customization, is $13,500 for up to 20 participants. The fee for a 3-day seminar is $18,500.

Instructor travel and lodging expenses are billed separately.

1 Year of Support

Participants will also receive 1 year of on-going coaching from their instructor via phone and email. This support keeps the project management processes going and gives participants assistance in applying the principles and techniques they learned to their projects at work.
