Instruction

While you can work at your own pace, you are not alone. An experienced, PMI-certified project manager will serve as your private, personal instructor.

During an introductory phone call with your instructor, you will set your own schedule based on your experience, learning style, and needs.

You will learn by working one-on-one with your instructor on 14 assignments based on IT project case studies, receiving feedback from your instructor on each assignment.

In live presentations made privately to your instructor via webcam, you will practice presenting ideas and proposals to executives and answering their questions.

Interact with your instructor as often as you like, by email, phone, or web meeting, for up to one year after your course ends.

Modules

Advanced IT Project Management is a self-paced, 60 hour course and you can take up to a year to finish. This course is intended for project managers with 2-3 years of experience managing larger IT projects.

You will learn the most sophisticated techniques in the field for managing larger IT projects by textbook reading, watching hi-def online lectures, and working one-on-one with your personal, PMI certified instructor.
